Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every engagement to be fair on both sides. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Project Work

• Advance payments cover discovery, planning and initial production, and are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed to date; any remaining balance is refunded.
• Completed and delivered work is not refundable.

Monthly Retainers

• Retainers renew monthly and can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice before the next cycle.
• A month already started is not refundable, as content and campaigns are produced in advance.
• Unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month unless agreed in writing.

Third-Party Costs

Ad spend, domains, hosting, plugins, stock media and similar third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased.

Requesting a Refund

Email jonnypoductions.online@gmail.com with your invoice details. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds through the original payment method.
