Services

Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or invoice. Anything outside that agreed scope is quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand information, access and approvals on time.
• Ensure you own or are licensed to use any materials you supply to us.
• Respond to review requests within the agreed feedback windows.

Payments

Projects generally begin after an advance payment. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results Disclaimer

Marketing outcomes depend on market, offer and budget factors outside our control. We commit to the agreed scope and quality of work, not to specific revenue, ranking or follower guarantees.
